Opportunity for growth and development **About the position:** ----------------- As a bakery assistant, you will assist in and prepare bread, measure ingredients, handle dough, maintain order, organization, and general kitchen cleanliness, and assist in food processing. **Mandatory Requirements:** ---------------------------- * Completed elementary education; * Must be at least 18 years old. **Preferred Qualifications:** -------------------------- * Prior experience in bakeries or confectioneries; * Basic knowledge of baking techniques; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Capacity to follow instructions and recipes; * Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays; * Strong communication skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail. **Responsibilities:** ---------------------- * Assist the baker in preparing dough, bread, cakes, and other bakery products; * Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes; * Operate bakery machinery and equipment, such as ovens, mixers, and dough mixers; * Assist in decorating and assembling confectionery products; * Clean and organize the workplace; * Receive and properly store ingredients and finished products; * Maintain inventory control and assist in ordering supplies; * Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations; * Serve and assist customers courteously and efficiently. ### **Benefits:** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Attendance bonus or food basket; * Incentive awards for achieving targets; * Discounts with distance-learning institutions, pharmacies, and other partners; * Shopping discounts; * Transportation allowance; * On-site snacks. ### **Work Schedule and Hours:** * Rotating schedule from Monday to Friday.
