This role requires someone who appears in videos, records and edits content, while also operating at the strategic level: planning weekly activities, structuring campaigns, monitoring metrics, and leading execution. This is the ideal position for someone who combines creativity \+ technical skills \+ marketing vision. ### **Prerequisites** Proven experience in digital marketing and content. Natural on-camera presence and ability to record and edit videos. Proficiency with editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, or similar). Ability to organize and lead weekly planning. Sharp creativity, strong communication skills, and constant awareness of trends. Proactivity and ownership mindset: deliver, solve, propose, and innovate. Analytical ability to monitor and interpret campaign metrics. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in retail or promotional campaigns. Experience in paid traffic, copywriting, or branding. Proficiency in motion graphics or design.
