Be part of a team that values inclusion and diversity **Join us as a Programming Assistant - Digital Transformation** **PURPOSE OF THE ROLE** We are looking for a professional to work as a Digital Transformation Assistant at our Pouso Alegre factory, focusing on reducing losses and waste through technology. This professional will be responsible for developing digital solutions, supporting the maintenance of existing systems, and contributing data analysis for continuous improvement of industrial processes. Because here, we don’t just hire for roles — we invite you to be part of something bigger. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop customized systems and applications to meet factory requirements. * Translate operational needs into functional digital solutions. * Act as a bridge between technical and operational teams, ensuring solutions are practical and scalable. * Contribute to digital transformation projects focused on process efficiency and automation. * Participate in alignment meetings with internal stakeholders to gather requirements.
