Join Cimed! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage and analyze medium- and high-complexity benefits administration processes, ensuring proper management of medical and dental assistance, life insurance, transportation allowance, meal vouchers, food vouchers, chartered transportation, reimbursements, wellness programs, and seasonal benefits. * Serve as the area’s technical reference, supporting Junior and Pleno Analysts in resolving complex cases, performing critical analyses, handling operational exceptions, and interpreting rules and policies. * Manage and analyze benefits indicators, costs, and outcomes—including billing, claims incidence, utilization rates, eligibility, co-payments, employee record changes, reimbursements, and financial impacts—proposing optimization and control actions. * Manage relationships with providers, brokers, suppliers, and consulting firms, ensuring contract compliance, SLA adherence, service quality, and resolution of critical issues. * Support contract negotiation and renewal processes by conducting technical and financial analyses, evaluating commercial proposals, and identifying opportunities to improve service delivery. * Lead or support projects for implementing new benefits, changing providers, revising policies, automating processes, communication campaigns, and initiatives aimed at improving the employee experience. * Ensure benefits processes comply with applicable legislation, internal policies, eligibility rules, audit requirements, and financial controls. * Prepare management analyses, indicators, dashboards, and executive presentations, providing data to support leadership decision-making. * Identify operational risks, propose continuous improvements, and implement controls to reduce errors, rework, and process inconsistencies. * Contribute to the evolution of area governance through reviewing processes, procedures, operational workflows, calendars, responsibility matrices, and documentation. * Act consultatively with Human Resources, Finance, Legal, and other internal stakeholders, promoting solutions aligned with business needs and best practices in benefits management. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related fields. **Desired Knowledge and Competencies** * Management and analysis of performance indicators (KPIs); * Advanced Excel; * Power BI; * Knowledge of legislation applicable to the field; **Additional Information** * A technical test may be administered during the hiring process, depending on departmental needs. * Location: Pouso Alegre - MG | Fernão Dias Unit * Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM * Work Modality: 100% On-site Cimed exists to provide health and well-being to all Brazilians.
