**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Conduct comprehensive analysis of telecommunications operations data, ensuring visibility and supporting decision-making
* Monitor and control operational KPIs, such as productivity, quality, and material consumption
* Develop management reports and dashboards in Excel and Power BI
* Identify opportunities to improve operational processes based on data
* Analyze the quality of field technicians’ activities
* Interact with suppliers and partners, tracking performance and deliverables
* Support incident and network event management, contributing to rapid fault resolution
* Work in telecommunications infrastructure environments, ensuring operational stability and efficiency
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Telecommunications, Networking, Engineering, or related fields
* Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, automation, etc.)
* Intermediate Power BI skills (dashboard creation and data modeling)
* Basic programming knowledge (Python, VBA, or similar)
* Knowledge of telecommunications networks and TCP/IP protocol
* Prior experience in telecommunications infrastructure and operations environments
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in data analysis and operational KPIs
* Field operations experience (installation, maintenance, or technical support)
* Familiarity with ticketing systems and network monitoring tools
* Analytical profile with strong organizational and communication skills
