




Ensure sustainable growth in revenue, product mix, and margin within the Licensed Distributor (LD) channel, expanding market coverage, commercial activation, and partner execution discipline, fully aligned with the brand’s strategy. * Manage the portfolio of Licensed Distributors (LDs), monitoring targets, results, and growth plans. * Develop business plans jointly with each distributor, defining sales targets, product mix, pricing, and promotional activities. * Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to assess results, discuss opportunities, and plan next steps. * Visit distributors and customers, monitor execution, understand needs, and ensure brand presence in the field. * Identify new revenue opportunities by broadening the product mix sold and recognizing new product lines with potential. * Ensure adherence to pricing and commercial policies to prevent margin erosion and deviations. * Guarantee correct brand application (branding) on distributor materials, displays, and digital channels. * Support co-marketing campaigns and activities, sales incentives, and events with LDs. * Collaborate with marketing to activate leads and commercial proposals generated from campaigns. * Train and enable distributor teams, presenting products, technical differentiators, and sales arguments. * Implement and maintain management routines, such as weekly cadences, action plans, and CRM entries. * Keep the CRM updated with account information, opportunities, and sales forecasts. * Monitor performance indicators, including revenue, product mix, customer coverage, and margin per distributor. * Prepare weekly performance reports highlighting achievements, risks, and priorities for the upcoming week.
