Key responsibilities: Plan and conduct group functional training classes; Adapt exercises according to each student's level and needs; Ensure correct execution of movements, prioritizing safety and technique; Motivate and monitor students' progress; Organize training equipment and space; Contribute to a welcoming, dynamic, and motivating studio environment. ### **Prerequisites** Bachelor's degree in Physical Education; Active CREF registration; Experience in functional training or group classes; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Proactivity, responsibility, and commitment. Preferred qualifications: Experience in personalized training; Knowledge of mobility, strength, and physical conditioning; Teamwork orientation and customer service aptitude.
