Job Summary: We are seeking a Pedagogical Advisor to provide support and guidance to school teams, with a focus on training and implementing the Reggio Emilia methodology. Key Highlights: 1. Educational transformation Solução Contagie, a company based in Londrina, PR, is looking for a Pedagogical Advisor to work in person in the Cascavel-PR region; Campo Mourão; Maringá; and Guarapuava, including visits to schools located in the cities listed above. This person will be responsible for providing pedagogical support, conducting training sessions, and offering direct guidance to teachers, principals, and educational coordinators within the network of schools served. Responsibilities: Regularly visit schools in the Cascavel; Campo Mourão; Maringá; and Guarapuava regions Provide pedagogical support and guidance to school teams Conduct training and workshops based on the Reggio Emilia approach (Italy) Support the implementation of the methodology in schools Represent Solução Contagie with commitment, ethics, and dedication to educational transformation. Requirements: Degree in Pedagogy or related fields Proven experience in Elementary Education Knowledge of or experience with the Reggio Emilia approach (or willingness to deepen expertise in it) Position Type: Freelance / PJ Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation: R$3.500,00 - R$5.000,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you hold a Brazilian driver's license (Category B)?
