**Workplace: Headquarters – Rio de Janeiro/RJ** **Employment Type: CLT + Benefits Package** We are seeking a **Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst** responsible for executing IT infrastructure processes, ensuring the evolution, security, performance, and availability of technological resources supporting the operation of the National Interconnected System (SIN). The ideal candidate will act strategically and collaboratively, driving continuous service improvement and serving as a technical reference for the team. **Key Responsibilities:** Manage and monitor IT infrastructure, including Servers, Backup systems, Storage systems, Data Centers (on-premise and cloud), Hardware, Software, and Virtualization. Plan and coordinate infrastructure teams to maintain standardized technological solutions, whether in on-premise data centers or cloud environments. Define and monitor availability, performance, and quality indicators for infrastructure resources. Act strategically in organizational planning, optimizing projects and processes while monitoring the department’s budget. Ensure IT environment continuity and security, collaborating in the development of cybersecurity policies and procedures. Manage contracts and technical relationships with third-party vendors, guaranteeing agreed-upon service levels. Develop the technical knowledge of other team members, acting as a reference and facilitator. Ensure implementation of industry-standard frameworks such as ITIL and COBIT for support services management (Service Desk). **Mandatory Requirements:** Completed undergraduate degree in: Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, or IT Management. Experience: Minimum 10 years of accumulated experience in the field. Technical Knowledge: Computer Networks (wired and wireless), protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, etc.), and Infrastructure Services such as Active Directory and DNS. Cybersecurity. Management and support of Cloud environments. Server and Endpoint (VDI) virtualization. Contract management with suppliers and third parties. **Desirable Qualifications:** Postgraduate degree/Specialization in: Business Management, Finance, Information Technology, Project Management, Information Security, or Computer Networks. Certifications: ITIL 4, COBIT5, and/or HDI certifications (SCTL, SCM, DAST, KCS). Public Cloud certifications (Microsoft, Google, AWS, etc.). Additional Knowledge: Database Support Management.
