




Carry out activities related to occupational safety, aiming to ensure conditions that eliminate or minimize the risk of workplace accidents, while observing compliance with all applicable legislation. **Responsibilities and duties** Promote inspections at workplaces, facilities, and equipment, identifying hazardous conditions, taking all necessary measures to eliminate risky situations, as well as training and raising employee awareness regarding safe work practices; Conduct occupational safety training programs, including awareness campaigns and dissemination of safety standards, aiming to foster a preventive attitude among employees toward workplace safety; Ensure workers' use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and inspect fire protection equipment when conditions require it, aiming to reduce risks to workers' safety and physical integrity; Collaborate in projects involving building modifications or new company installations, aiming to create safer working conditions; Promote campaigns, lectures, and other training methods to disseminate occupational safety and hygiene standards, as well as to inform and raise worker awareness about unhealthy, dangerous, and arduous activities, monitoring and evaluating training and outreach activities; Submit PPE requests in the system, maintain properly completed PPE records, and be responsible for PPE distribution; Support CIPA in its programs, analyzing its observations and proposals, aiming to implement corrective and preventive solutions for workplace accidents; Implement training programs, both onboarding and routine, on occupational safety, including awareness initiatives and dissemination of safety rules and procedures, aiming to develop a preventive mindset among employees regarding workplace safety; Provide support to SIPAT by organizing necessary activities and resources; **Requirements and qualifications** Technical Degree in Occupational Safety **Additional information** Working hours: 12:00 to 22:00 Mantiqueira Brasil was founded in the interior of Minas Gerais state and today **leads in quality and innovation in the South American egg market.** With over 35 years in the industry, we have a total production of approximately 4 billion eggs per year!
