Join us and become part of a company that transforms ideas into protection and care for the world. **Position: Production Assistant** * Follow production scheduling as planned by PCP; * Operate production machinery such as MP07, MP04, Onduladeira, and Rebobinadeira, ensuring their full operational functionality; * Remove waste materials from machines and forward them to the pressing process for proper reuse; * Review machine incident reports, inspecting for any abnormalities and intervening in the process as needed; * Operate machinery adhering strictly to parameters defined in work instructions, ensuring final product quality; * Verify equipment efficiency by performing inspections and adjustments when necessary; report issues to maintenance if they arise; * Examine product non-conformities during production and intervene as required; * Clean machinery, scrapings, or screens to maintain equipment hygiene and prevent contamination/dirt in the product being manufactured; * Conduct continuous inspections along the production line, verifying weight, length, and quantity against production order specifications; * Complete production control reports to ensure inventory accuracy and other control tools used in the department; * Submit product samples for quality testing; * Record raw material deliveries, controlling their entry into the internal system; * Feed machines with appropriate inputs, following work instructions and always prioritizing quality; * Perform machine cleaning and area organization in accordance with 5S standards
