Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to work on the development and enhancement of equipment projects for food service and bakery applications, ensuring functionality, efficiency, and safety. We continuously invest in new technologies and in a work environment that promotes constant development, always aiming to build a solid and prosperous future for everyone. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Improve designs using specialized *3D CAD software*, aligned with the scope defined by management, targeting maximum efficiency regarding functionality, assembly, safety, and cost—thus delivering equipment that meets consumer needs and organizational objectives; * Implement product modifications based on production observations or customer *feedback*, aiming for continuous improvements in performance, quality, and cost; * Prepare and maintain up-to-date technical documentation according to established standards whenever changes occur or new products are developed, ensuring all relevant departments receive necessary information for production and compliance with current legal regulations; * Research and qualify new suppliers via internet searches and in-person meetings, evaluating product quality to ensure optimal equipment quality and cost, per company policy; * Provide internal and external technical support to other company departments as needed, offering advisory assistance for equipment refurbishment, maintenance, and production, thereby ensuring equipment quality and proper functionality; * Monitor and assist throughout the prototype and pilot batch assembly process to maximize project optimization and eliminate potential failures; * Update project schedules using project management software to ensure adherence to project deadlines; * Conduct regular research and monitor competing brands to identify emerging technologies for project development; * Perform other related tasks as directed and guided by the immediate supervisor; * Participate in internal committees aimed at improving administrative processes and departmental documentation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields; **Desirable:** * Technical course in Mechanics or related fields; * Proficiency in 3D modeling tools; * Valid Brazilian National Driver’s License (Category B). **Additional Information** **OUR BENEFITS:** Medical Assistance Dental Assistance Pharmacy Partnership Life Insurance On-site Cafeteria Shuttle Service Alelo Meal Voucher Education Assistance for Children Study Incentive Scholarship Family Visit Day Occupational Physician Prática University Zero Absenteeism Program Wellhub (Gympass) ### **JOIN PRÁTICA AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE EVOLUTION OF THE FOOD INDUSTRY!** **At Prática, we create solutions that transform the daily operations of the food industry.
