Fuel Attendant / Cashier

Job Summary: Professional responsible for fueling vehicles, customer service, inventory management of products, cleaning and organizing the fueling area, and cash register operations. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and provision of services at the fuel station 2. Cash management and payment collection 3. Maintaining an organized fueling area **TASKS TO BE PERFORMED:** * Fuel light and heavy vehicles; * Provide customer service and offer available station services such as checking water and oil levels, windshield and window washing; * Monitor inventory of filters and lubricants and sell them; * Clean and maintain the fueling area in an organized manner; * Promote, inform, and guide customers about the benefits, advantages, and rewards programs of the company's app: Prodoeste Mais Vantagens; * Manage the cash register, receive customer payments in cash, credit/debit cards, PIX, and fleet accounts; * Operate card machines and issue receipts; * Perform end-of-shift cash closing and reconciliation; * Calibrate tires according to guidelines, including the spare tire (if applicable), and advise customers on the importance of regular tire calibration. **WORK SCHEDULE:** 12x36 **BASIC REQUIREMENTS** * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Experience in customer service; * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience as a fuel attendant / cashier and familiarity with cash handling routines is a plus, but not mandatory.
