Job Summary: A professional responsible for installing, maintaining, and adjusting industrial automation systems, leading and developing the technical team while pursuing continuous improvement. Responsible for installing, maintaining, and adjusting industrial automation systems, including PLCs, HMIs, sensors, actuators, industrial networks, and control panels. Perform diagnostics, fault corrections, commissioning, and improvements in automated processes, ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and availability. Provide technical support to operational areas, maintain up-to-date documentation, and ensure compliance with technical standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** Act as a Technical Leader, guiding, supervising, and assisting the entire maintenance team. Serve as a knowledge multiplier by delivering training and supporting the development of the maintenance team. Be responsible for seeking technical alignment with suppliers and manufacturers, scheduling meetings and technical visits. Oversee third-party services, evaluating and validating work performance. Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in the manufacturing process, proposing necessary actions, ideas, and projects to achieve maximum equipment operational availability. Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on automation equipment. **Requirements and Qualifications** Field of study: Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Automation Engineering; 1 year of experience in PLC programming, industrial communication networks, and instrumentation.
