Works under the supervision of an archivist or department head, ensuring efficiency, security, and accuracy in information flow. Organizes and maintains physical and digital files in order, following classification criteria and current technical guidelines. ### **Prerequisites** Completed high school education (technical training or courses in archival science are advantageous). Basic knowledge of document management, archiving, and use of computerized systems. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, responsibility, and professional confidentiality.
