Therefore, you will find people from different places and backgrounds here, all united by their belief in the importance of collaboration and the power of support and inclusion. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct and assist sampling activities according to appropriate methodologies for potable water, wastewater, groundwater, soil and sediment collection, surface or deep water, and waste, in compliance with applicable standards and procedures; * Sort and organize supplies and equipment required for fieldwork; * Be available for travel when necessary, as scheduled by the department; * Use required tools and equipment to perform fieldwork, measure field parameters, and handle samples according to appropriate procedures and utensils; * Take responsibility for generated field records, accurately completing sampling documentation; * Ensure and take responsibility for preserving collected samples, in accordance with current standards and procedures; * Ensure and take responsibility for proper use and maintenance of vehicles, tools, and equipment used during sampling. **Requirements and Qualifications** For this position, the following qualifications are required: * Completed bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in environmental science, chemistry, or related fields. * Availability for travel; * Valid driver’s license, category B; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
