We seek professionals matching the following responsibilities: \- Develop signage and identification projects for condominiums. \- Support the organization of meetings and assemblies. Conduct periodic building check-ups and inspections. \- Manage complex procurement processes, ensuring service and material quality. \- Perform corrective, preventive, and emergency maintenance activities according to schedule. \- Monitor maintenance indicators and suggest improvements. \- Produce reports and update internal spreadsheets and systems. \- Assist in contract management, ensuring legal compliance. \- Serve clients and suppliers within the scope of the role. \- Implement and disseminate Quality policies, goals, and work instructions. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Completed High School education. * Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and other building equipment (pumps, cabling, etc.). **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- * Understanding of Service Level Agreement (SLA) concepts. * Technical course in Building Construction or related fields focused on Building Maintenance. * Experience in building maintenance. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- INDIFFERENT **Salary:** ------------ $3,742.00 **Benefits:** --------------- APSA Benefits: * For your health: Medical and Dental Assistance; * For your physical and mental well-being: TotalPass and Life Insurance; * Meal or Food Allowance; * For your development: A highly dedicated corporate university; * Transportation Allowance. * One day off during your birthday month; **Work Location:** ---------------------- BELO HORIZONTE **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
