We seek professionals matching the following responsibilities: \- Develop signage and identification projects for condominiums. \- Support the organization of meetings and assemblies. Conduct periodic building check-ups and inspections. \- Manage complex procurement processes, ensuring service and material quality. \- Perform corrective, preventive, and emergency maintenance activities according to schedule. \- Monitor maintenance indicators and suggest improvements. \- Produce reports and update internal spreadsheets and systems. \- Assist in contract management, ensuring legal compliance. \- Serve clients and suppliers within the scope of the role. \- Implement and disseminate Quality policies, goals, and work instructions.
**Mandatory Requirements:**

* Completed High School education.
* Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and other building equipment (pumps, cabling, etc.).
**Desirable Requirements:**
--------------------------
* Understanding of Service Level Agreement (SLA) concepts.
* Technical course in Building Construction or related fields focused on Building Maintenance.
* Experience in building maintenance.
