Job Summary: We are seeking a General Supervisor to lead production at a precast concrete factory, managing teams and processes to ensure quality and productivity targets. Key Highlights: 1. If you have experience in team and production process management, and seek an opportunity with a solid and growing company, this position is for you! * * PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN A PRECAST CONCRETE FACTORY IS MANDATORY * * Responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise all stages of the factory's production process, from material preparation to final product completion; * Lead and manage production teams, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and productivity targets; * Plan and assign daily tasks, organizing the production schedule to meet established deadlines; * Monitor employee performance and conduct training as needed to ensure alignment with company standards; * Control the use of materials and equipment, minimizing waste and optimizing available resources; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and proper use of PPE by employees; * Identify and resolve operational and technical issues, consistently pursuing continuous process improvement; * Collaborate with management on planning and developing new production strategies. Requirements: * Proven experience as a General Supervisor or in leadership roles within industrial settings, preferably in the precast concrete or civil construction sector; * Knowledge of concrete manufacturing processes and quality control; * Ability to manage teams, lead people, and resolve conflicts; * Strong organizational, planning, and decision-making skills; * Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
