Administrative Supervisor Nurse

We are seeking a Nurse to assume the position of Administrative Supervisor in the scheduling department of the home care area. We are looking for an analytical professional with a strong sense of priority, organization, and agility, who will be responsible for supervising administrative and clinical support teams, ensuring smooth operations and process quality. Key responsibilities include supervising and guiding auxiliary and assistant staff, ensuring activities are carried out efficiently and aligned with company guidelines; monitoring the workflow of the health insurance scheduling department, guaranteeing timely fulfillment of service requests; and coordinating the recruitment of healthcare professionals according to operational needs. The role also entails ensuring all documentation and formalities comply with health insurance requirements to prevent claim rejections and payment-related inconsistencies. Additionally, the candidate must maintain positive relationships with health insurance providers, continuously seek improvements in processes and communication, resolve daily conflicts and pending issues, prepare performance reports and analyses for the department, identify opportunities for improvement, and conduct training and capacity-building initiatives for team development. Strict adherence to the Confidentiality Agreement terms and ethical, responsible, results-oriented conduct is mandatory.
