Commercial intelligence and negotiation acumen **JOB OBJECTIVE** Excel in leading the used vehicle operation at the Pouso Alegre unit, ensuring achievement of commercial targets, inventory health, team development, and customer experience — with emphasis on sustainable results aligned with Via Mondo Group’s culture. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Management and leadership of used vehicle sales consultants * Daily planning and monitoring of volume, margin, and inventory turnover targets * Inventory control and evaluation, focusing on reducing vehicles aged over 60 days * Strategic vehicle pricing based on FIPE table, market conditions, and aging curve * Development and monitoring of operational performance indicators (KPIs) * Negotiation of vehicle purchases and sales: over-the-counter, auctions, exchanges, and trade-ins * Sales funnel management and CRM tracking for the team * Ensuring compliance with RENAVE regulations and other applicable legal requirements * Customer relationship management and conflict resolution in complex negotiations * Preparation of managerial reports and presentation of results to senior management * Development of local marketing initiatives and proactive vehicle acquisition * Ensuring quality in vehicle preparation and delivery **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** * Proven experience managing sales teams in the automotive sector * Solid track record in used vehicle operations (acquisition, sales, appraisal, and inventory management) * Proficiency in pricing tools: FIPE table and market research * Knowledge of automotive CRM systems and sales funnel tracking * Analytical capability to interpret income statements (DRE) and financial KPIs * Completed high school education — undergraduate degree is a plus **DESIRED DIFFERENTIATORS** * Experience with multi-brand dealership networks (FIAT, JEEP, NISSAN, RENAULT or similar) * Knowledge of and compliance with documentation requirements * Leadership profile with ability to develop and motivate teams * Familiarity with digital sales platforms (OLX, WebMotors, iCarros) * Strong communication skills, commercial posture, and results orientation **BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES** * Leadership and people development * Results orientation and high performance * Commercial intelligence and negotiation acumen * Organization, planning, and time management * Resilience, proactivity, and adaptability * Ethics, transparency, and commitment **COMPENSATION PACKAGE** Life insurance coverage of R$ 12\.000,00, plus variable commission based on margin and volume performance, per Via Mondo Group’s current commercial policy.
