Join Cimed! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Facilitate the integration of new employees, ensuring essential training is delivered practically and effectively. * Directly support the Production/Weighing team via the JIRA system, managing internal and external tickets (SAP, Oransys, CIGED, etc). * Design and execute assessments to ensure optimal production routing, aiming for better cost-effectiveness for the company. * Support deviation investigations and action plans, including corrective and preventive actions. * Validate documents and system access permissions. * Develop and update the team’s training matrix. * Assess plant capacity and support recommendations for new equipment/technologies, as well as review procedures and related documents, aligning with emerging market trends, technological competitiveness, and compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. * Participate in multidisciplinary forums and meetings to align and improve production processes. * Provide technical support to the team, ensuring efficient execution of training according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Propose continuous improvements to the training process whenever necessary, fostering a culture of ongoing learning. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements: * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in an industrial environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or food industry. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), production indicators, production targets (OEE, yield, productivity), and continuous improvement tools (Lean, PDCA, 5W2H, root cause analysis). Desirable: * Currently pursuing a university degree. * Familiarity with pharmaceutical technology processes. * Intermediate knowledge of quality management systems, ERP systems, and quality tools; Key User status is desirable. * Understanding of financial dimensions, such as analysis and control of cost centers (direct and indirect GGF). * MASP. * Production targets, OEE. * 5S, Kaizen, SMED, FMEA, and Six Sigma (Green Belt certification is desirable). **Additional Information** * A technical test may be administered during the selection process, based on departmental needs. * Location: Pouso Alegre – Unit I * Schedule: Administrative (8:00 AM to 5:48 PM).
