Inventory monitoring and issuance of invoices Responsibilities: * Assist in the procurement of materials and contracting of maintenance services; * Issue and manage service orders together with maintenance department staff; * Monitor preventive maintenance schedules; * Archive maintenance department documentation; * Monitor execution of maintenance activities; * Monitor inventory of maintenance materials and enter invoices into the system, tracking their provisioning.
