Thus, you’ll get hands-on experience reinventing how our products reach people. **Work model:** On-site **Location:** Ubá, MG Responsibilities: **✨Key activities you’ll lead:** Your main responsibility will be ensuring operational efficiency and contributing to optimizing logistics processes across distribution centers.* Issue and organize fiscal documents (Manifests, Invoices, CTEs) for transportation and dispatch; * Verify and release vehicles at the gate, ensuring compliance with checklists; * Perform load mirroring and release vehicles in the system after loading; receive and store proof-of-delivery documents (delivery receipts), ensuring organization; * Check and reconcile loading batches, correcting inconsistencies in documentation and labels; * Generate and segregate unloading batches, updating status in the control system; distribute fiscal documents to responsible parties, ensuring proper information flow; * Register drivers, vehicles, and carriers in the internal system and manage associated risks; * Handle customer service inquiries (SAC) and schedule orders with customers.
