Dissemination of Lean practices and customer service **Salary:** R$ 2.800,00 **Location:** Pouso Alegre Business Park – Fernão Dias Highway/MG **Schedule:** 2nd shift – 3:48 PM to 1:00 AM, Monday to Friday **Benefits:** Commuter bus or Transportation Voucher (VT) + Meal Voucher (VR) (value to be confirmed) **Responsibilities:** * Support new projects; * Develop and analyze operational and transportation indicators; * Monitor operational flow and transportation scheduling; * Conduct pre-sites and identify special requirements; * Analyze decennial and monthly billing; * Prepare operational controls and monitor critical customers; * Perform tracking; * Disseminate Lean practices; * Monitor shipping; * Serve customers and support contracts. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree; * Basic Excel and Word skills; * Basic English and Spanish desirable; Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
