The professional will be responsible for ensuring that all production processes are carried out efficiently, with quality, and within established deadlines. This position requires leadership, organizational skills, and experience in team management within an industrial environment. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate production team activities, ensuring achievement of production and quality targets. * Monitor production flow, ensuring processes are performed according to established standards. * Plan and assign daily tasks to the team based on production demand. Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) Salary: R$1.900,00 - R$2.600,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
