If you identify with our company, join VALGROUP—we’ll go much further together! **\#joinus** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform technical analysis and reception of files and specifications; * Contact clients when necessary, identify their needs, and adapt them to the technical capabilities of our equipment; * Technically evaluate new developments and modifications to existing developments within the technical capabilities of our equipment; * Support graphic processes—from initial client contact through to final delivery; * Review graphic artworks prior to submission to clients; * Organize documentation related to graphic projects; * Monitor scheduling demands with PCP and subsequent workflow until production; * Procure printing plates based on technical requirements; * Manage plate stocks in general—including dispatch and storage of contractual plates; * Analyze plate meterage and service life; * Develop and maintain performance indicators; * Lead technical meetings; * Conduct color and layout analysis and approval via contractual proofs; * Monitor and provide on-machine support during production; * Visit clients and suppliers for technical discussions and project approvals; * Provide technical and theoretical support to departments involved in the production process; * Support the development of other team members and related departments; * Remotely or on-site accompany clients during machine-based approval of new projects; * Monitor machine-based testing of new projects; * Support new client qualification and feasibility analysis of projects; * Manage and maintain the Color Management Process. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Design or related fields; * Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel, and Office tools; * Knowledge of Flexography, prepress, and client service is desirable; * Willingness to reside in Itamonte - MG; * Fully on-site position. **Additional Information** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * On-site meals; * Basic food basket; * Profit-sharing program (PLR); * Life insurance; * Chartered transportation.
