Position: Sales Assistant
BASE SALARY + COMMISSION
Position Mission
Support the printing company’s sales department in customer service, quotation preparation, order tracking, and sales routine support, contributing to an agile, organized, and results-oriented customer experience.
Main Responsibilities
Provide initial customer service via WhatsApp, phone, email, and in person.
Gather customer requirements information for quotation preparation.
Prepare and send commercial proposals and quotations for graphic services.
Track order progress with production and other internal departments.
Follow up on sent quotations to drive conversion into sales.
Update customer records, orders, and commercial information in systems or spreadsheets.
Support the sales team in managing the customer portfolio and sales opportunities.
Ensure order deadlines, specifications, and information are accurately recorded.
Facilitate communication among customers, sales, design, prepress, and production.
Support post-sales activities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Organize documents, reports, and administrative routines of the sales department.
Contribute to achieving the company's sales targets.
Requirements
Completed high school education.
Technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
Prior experience in customer service, inside sales, or commercial support.
Experience in printing shops, visual communications, custom stationery, or the graphic industry is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational skills, agility, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office suite.
Familiarity with commercial management systems, CRM, or quotation software is preferred.
Desired Knowledge
Types of graphic materials, finishing options, and printing processes.
Basic knowledge of stationery, paper formats, bleed, file preparation, and production timelines.
