Description

Job Summary: Professional responsible for supervising receipt, warehousing, and dispatch processes, as well as performing inventories and controlling activities in SAP. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision of material receipt, verification, and storage processes 2. Execution of cyclic inventories and fulfillment of on-demand inventories 3. Control and monitoring of processes and activities in the SAP system Description: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields; * Advanced knowledge of the SAP system; * Logical reasoning skills for tracking receipts, transfers, and dispatches; * Analytical skills for analyzing physical inventory vs. system inventory discrepancies; * Basic knowledge of budget request workflow and requisition creation/follow-up; * Basic knowledge of fiscal inbound workflow and intercompany transfer invoice issuance. * Supervise raw material (RM) receipt, verification, and storage processes * Supervise finished product (FP) picking and dispatch to CIMED production plants * Assist in creating and maintaining procedures for warehouse and dispatch areas * Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with procedures documented for warehouse and dispatch areas * Control processes and activities so they are executed virtually (SAP) as they are executed physically * Perform quarterly cyclic inventories of RM and FP stocks, monitor weekly production cyclic inventories, and fulfill on-demand inventories * Plan and organize receipts and storage jointly with the PCP department * Control requisition, storage, and management of non-productive materials * Monitor maintenance and requirements for forklifts and pallet jacks to ensure they remain in good working condition * Track fiscal inbound vs. physical inbound, as well as track status of requisitions and orders placed 2512210202551184559
