Job Summary: Responsible for receiving, inspecting, picking, shipping, and storing products, managing inventory levels, and organizing the warehouse to optimize item movement. Key Highlights: 1. Full management of the product life cycle in the warehouse 2. Responsibility for organizing and moving items 3. Assistance in loading processes and monitoring the integrity of goods Receive, inspect, pick, ship, and store products and materials in warehouses. Record incoming and outgoing movements and control inventory levels. Distribute products and materials for shipment. Organize the warehouse to facilitate movement and storage of items. Assist in loading/unloading operations together with the quality assurance department, and monitor the integrity of received and shipped goods. Main Responsibilities: * Perform counts, comparing items against the Invoice or Purchase Order; * Check for any damages; report discrepancies in code, quality, or quantity to the immediate supervisor; * Complete reports, receive, inspect, and store products; * Distribute products and materials for shipment, and always maintain organized inventory to facilitate movement and storage of items and products; * Perform various tasks—specific to the role or otherwise—as required by situational needs, upon request from the immediate supervisor, or as part of pre-established scheduling.
