You’ll be the right hand of our conversion strategy, transforming complex concepts into visually impactful and optimized landing pages. If you master the Adobe ecosystem and can’t live without Figma, this role is for you. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * **Landing Page Creation:** Develop high-conversion layouts applying principles of visual hierarchy, typography, and whitespace. * **Prototyping:** Build navigable prototypes and scalable design systems (Design Systems) in Figma. * **Visual Identity:** Adapt and extend visual identities for the web environment, ensuring cross-device consistency. * **Collaboration:** Work closely with Front\-end developers to ensure pixel\-perfect implementation aligned with the original design. * **Iteration:** Analyze behavioral metrics and suggest UI improvements to optimize the user journey. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications:** * **Figma Proficiency:** Advanced knowledge of components, auto\-layout, and interactive prototyping. * **Adobe Suite:** Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator (for asset manipulation and vector element creation). * **Layout Principles:** Mastery of grid systems, “F” and “Z” reading patterns, and responsive design (Mobile First). * **Portfolio:** Presentation of real-world web interface and landing page projects. **Nice-to-Haves (The “Plus”):** * Basic UX knowledge (User Research and Usability Testing). * Fundamental HTML/CSS knowledge to facilitate communication with the technical team. * Experience with animation tools (Lottie or After Effects). **Additional Information** Flexible Benefit/Meal Allowance: R$ 45.00 per business day.
