We are seeking a professional to work as a Warehouse Supervisor in Pouso Alegre \- Minas Gerais. Responsibilities: * Lead the team under your responsibility, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, motivating team members, and promoting employee development to achieve planned objectives; * Conduct timekeeping verifications, schedule vacations, and communicate relevant notices to employees; * Deliver operational training and technical support to the team, training operators on best practices for inventory management, material handling, system usage, and correct item identification; * Ensure inventory accuracy by controlling and validating receipts, issues, and transfers; monitor inventory routines and stock adjustments; * Organize warehouse layout and material storage, planning item placement to optimize space, facilitate access, and preserve product integrity; * Monitor performance indicators, tracking KPIs related to accuracy, turnover, losses, service deadlines, and team productivity; * Prepare performance and other indicator reports upon request for clarification and decision-making; * Support the implementation of continuous improvements by proposing and executing actions to optimize processes, reduce losses, and increase operational efficiency; * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, overseeing proper application of internal procedures, use of PPE, safe storage practices, and weekly safety dialogue (DSS); * Manage the 5S Program across warehouse areas; * Identify and report obsolete, damaged, or slow-moving materials, supporting decisions regarding disposal, reuse, or reclassification based on technical and operational criteria; * Periodically inspect equipment used by operators (e.g., data collectors, pallet jacks, stackers, ladders, etc.), identifying wear or failures, and requesting corrective maintenance or replacement to ensure safety, operational continuity, and asset preservation. Mandatory Requirements: * Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, or related fields; * Excel \- Intermediate/Advanced level; * Inventory Management \- Intermediate level; * Knowledge of Power BI; * Experience in order management and invoice issuance; * Experience implementing improvements in the logistics segment. Working Hours \- Monday to Friday, from 3:48 PM to 1:09 AM.
