The ability to listen to customers and understand their demands is a key differentiator! Engage in technical and fully consultative selling! Observe best practices related to retail and the collaborative economy. Suggest ways to increase sales. Stay well-informed about the company’s sales conditions and newly introduced products in the store. Record customer requests regarding items unavailable in stock.
