This position involves high interaction with internal customers and collaboration with the Technology team, ensuring governance, infrastructure, and integrations. **Responsibilities and Tasks** ----------------------------------------- * Identify processes with automation potential, using critical analysis and a continuous improvement mindset; * Engage with internal customers to understand requirements and satisfaction levels, proposing improvements; * Collaborate in the development of process automation projects; * Work jointly with the Technology team on governance, infrastructure, and integration of automations; * Monitor automations and handle service requests (incidents and enhancements); * Execute routine continuous improvement activities for production automations; * Prepare reports and presentations for leadership, supporting decision-making and opportunities for process transformation and results. **Mandatory Requirements** --------------------------- * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; * **Experience:** Practical experience in programming and process automation; * **Technical Knowledge:** + Proficiency in at least one programming language (**VBA, TypeScript, Python, or another**); + Understanding and experience with **process mapping (BPM)**; + Intermediate/advanced **Excel** skills; + **Workflow** tools; + **RPA** tools; + **API-based integrations**; * **Behavioral Skills:** + Strong communication and interpersonal skills (extensive cross-functional interaction); + Genuine curiosity and interest in processes; + Ability to understand internal customer needs and propose improvements; + Proactive and collaborative profile; * **Methodologies:** Experience with agile methodologies (a relevant advantage); * **English:** Intermediate level (a plus); * **Availability:** Fully **on-site** work. **Work Location** --------------------- **Itanhandu – MG (On-site)** Flexibility will also be considered for professionals available to work in **Lorena – SP** (due to proximity).
