Job Summary: A professional responsible for the complete management of a store, including team performance, administrative interface, financial management, inventory management, infrastructure management, and legal compliance. Performance indicator monitoring and action plan implementation **This professional will be responsible for the following activities:** * Monitor and track team and store performance indicators; develop and execute action plans to achieve store targets under their responsibility; * Serve as the store's liaison with administrative and support departments; manage store finances, infrastructure, product and supply inventory, and team management; * Ensure all mandatory legal documentation complies with applicable legislation; * Perform procedures related to loss prevention, risk mitigation, and safety; * Interface with regulatory agency representatives; * Ensure proper store organization, pricing, and cleanliness in accordance with established standards; * Maintain up-to-date Branch Registration File, Branch Documents File, and Pharmaceutical Good Practices Manual; * Print, verify, and submit monthly and quarterly monthly balance reports for List A and B2 medications; * Conduct weekly verification of controlled and antimicrobial medications using the SCMC system; * Perform daily verification of prescriptions filled the previous day; * Submit daily controlled substance inventory movements to SNGPC/ANVISA. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; * Active registration with the Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF); * Availability to work on weekends; * Experience in managerial positions.
