




We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our Southeast Region team. If you are a generalist professional, enjoy working closely with operations and leading purpose-driven teams, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and duties** Act as a generalist across all Human Resources subsystems; Support and assist all leadership and Operations Management of the Southeast Region (Itanhandu, Itamonte, Passa Quatro, Campanha, Lorena); Manage and develop the HR teams in the units under your responsibility; Monitor and analyze department performance indicators; Promote continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with corporate and operational areas; Collaborate in the implementation of leadership development programs; Analyze metrics and results related to the business-people axis, proposing solutions to support decision-making; Design and lead engagement and organizational climate initiatives; Support organizational culture and diversity initiatives; Monitor performance appraisal cycles; Propose and coordinate customized actions for each unit. **Requirements and qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields; Postgraduate degree in People Management will be considered a differentiator; Solid knowledge in all HR subsystems; Previous experience in team leadership and development; Willingness to reside in Itanhandu - MG or nearby regions; Availability for 100% on-site work in Itanhandu - MG; Willingness to travel; Valid driver's license category B. **Differentiators:** Experience in industrial environments; Knowledge of the TOTVS system. **Additional information** Competitive market salary.
