The role involves in-person service, emphasizing excellence, courtesy, and agility in clarifying inquiries, registering requests, conducting negotiations, and providing guidance regarding electricity services. Responsibilities: Provide in-person customer service. Clarify inquiries regarding bills, consumption, disconnections and reconnections, duplicate bills, and other services offered by CEMIG; Redirect requests to responsible departments when necessary; Meet quality, average handling time, and customer satisfaction targets. Requirements: Completed high school; Availability for travel, including overnight stays for one day or more. Strong verbal and written communication skills; Basic computer knowledge; Prior experience in customer service. Flexible availability for working hours. **Must have easy access to a computer/laptop to complete the typing test.** Start Date: 08/03.
