**Position: Commercial Assistant | OdontoPrimer – Caxambu/MG** **OdontoPrimer**, a dental clinic specialized in oral rehabilitation and dental aesthetics, is seeking a **Commercial Assistant** to join its team. We are looking for a committed professional with an organized profile and results focus, to perform commercial service and patient follow-up. **Main responsibilities:** * Provide commercial service to patients following dental evaluation; * Present treatment proposals clearly and professionally; * Follow up with patients who have not yet completed treatment agreements, maintaining contact until sale closure; * Conduct follow-up on estimates and reschedule evaluation return appointments; * Support patient relationship and loyalty strategies. **Requirements:** * Completed high school (ongoing higher education will be considered a differentiator); * Previous experience in sales, preferably in consultative or service sales; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proactive, responsible, and goal-oriented profile; * Basic knowledge of digital tools and CRM systems will be considered a differentiator. **Additional information:** * **Location:** Caxambu/MG * **Work mode:** On-site * **Schedule:** Business hours * **Compensation:** Fixed salary \+ commission Employment type: Full-time CLT Pay: starting at BRL 2,200.00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance
