Join Cimed! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve customers, suppliers, and colleagues by guiding them through company processes and procedures. * Monitor in-person and remote customer service interactions, always prioritizing outstanding service and agility. * Monitor the completion of spreadsheets and control documents used by drivers, doormen, receptionists, and security guards, implementing necessary actions and/or archiving them. * Monitor courier activities between facilities and final recipients, ensuring proper recording of movement and on-time delivery as per established deadlines. * Notify managers promptly in case of adverse situations, visits, colleagues working outside scheduled hours, or supplier-related matters. * Conduct monthly training sessions on service procedures and inspections for security department colleagues, and monitor HR integration for all newly hired Cimed employees. * Monitor work schedules and vacation planning, seeking alternatives for covering positions as needed. * Receive authorities and direct them to the departments being visited and/or inspected, in accordance with current policies. * Support and monitor investigations of asset-related incidents, liaising with departmental leaders. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Experience in Asset Security. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Brazilian National Driver's License, Category B. * Availability to work on a 2x2x3 shift schedule from 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree in a related field. **Additional Information** * A technical test may be administered during the hiring process, based on the area's requirements. * Location: Pouso Alegre - MG * Schedule: 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM on a 2x2x3 shift * Work Modality: 100% In-person Cimed exists to provide health and well-being to all Brazilians.
