Join us and become part of a company that transforms ideas into protection and care for the world. **Position: Mason** * Perform services according to Service Requests and priorities defined by leadership; * Prepare the worksite by organizing required materials, tools, and equipment; * Conduct APR (Preliminary Risk Analysis) and PT (Work Permit) when necessary; * Build and renovate masonry structures, including walls, floors, sidewalks, and changing rooms; * Apply finishes, screeds, and installation of ceramic tiles and other claddings, ensuring quality and appropriate finishing; * Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance on building installations as needed; * Conduct quantitative surveys of materials and tools required for project execution; * Assemble and disassemble scaffolding in accordance with safety regulations; * Identify and signal requirements for collective protective equipment to ensure safe activity execution; * Perform hydraulic maintenance in restrooms, changing rooms, and general piping; * Transport materials and tools within construction sites; * Support carpentry activities when necessary; * Ensure the company’s infrastructure remains in good condition, maintaining established standards of safety, quality, and deadlines; * Conduct rounds, inspections, surveys, and supervise third-party services as scheduled or requested; * Carry out building, room, sidewalk, and other structural renovations and maintenance, anticipating needs prior to execution and scheduling; * Identify and signal requirements for equipment, tools, and collective protective equipment to ensure proper and safe task performance; * Perform carpentry tasks, gathering required materials and working safely; * Install and lay flooring and screeds, prioritizing their evenness, compliance with specified dimensions, and grouting.
