




Job Summary: Machine Operator II responsible for adjusting equipment, cleaning and calibrating densimetric tables, monitoring electronic behavior, and classifying coffee samples. From purchasing to quality control and logistics, in each and every field we have highly trained colleagues that do their very best every day to guarantee the high standard of client satisfaction that we are so proud of.**Machine Operator II (m/f/d)** In this position, you will report directly to the Machinery Team Leader. Responsibilities: * Adjust equipment as specified in the Service Guide (GS), including pre-cleaning and stone removal equipment, to maintain coffee quality and prevent impurities and stones, thereby maximizing equipment productivity; * Clean and calibrate densimetric tables while monitoring coffee flow and behavior on the table to maintain product quality during processing according to specifications; * Calibrate densimetric tables per GS specifications to remove defects based on color; * Monitor electronic behavior, identify causes of low air pressure in equipment, verify pressure gauges, and assess product quality through classification to prevent processed coffee from deviating from specifications and losing performance; * Collect electronic samples, classify them, determine coffee classification type, perform sample classification, and monitor CI per Service Guide (GS) to ensure samples meet GS specifications; * Direct coffee to the correct hopper for processing, verifying GS instructions; if discrepancies arise, escalate the issue to the Area Leader or the discharge responsible person to prevent coffee from being processed outside the requested instructions; * Verify coffee homogeneity by collecting and analyzing samples at the pre-start stage to avoid appearance changes during processing; * Perform other job-related tasks as directed by your supervisor.
