The Challenge: Purchasing Assistant The professional will be a key contributor to operational efficiency, ensuring that our inventory is consistently replenished intelligently, economically, and promptly. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Prospecting: Assist in researching, qualifying, and selecting new partners and suppliers. Active Negotiation: Conduct detailed quotations and negotiate prices, delivery terms, and payment conditions to optimize financial flow. Order Follow-up: Monitor the full procurement lifecycle — from purchase order issuance to final delivery — ensuring adherence to agreed timelines. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date product and supplier master data in the ERP system. Internal Synergy: Collaborate with sales and logistics departments to align demand forecasts with inventory availability. Inventory Intelligence: Support inventory control efforts to prevent stockouts or unnecessary overstocking. Performance Analysis: Prepare procurement performance and expense control reports to support managerial decision-making. ### **Prerequisites** Desired Profile Education: Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Logistics, Economics, or related fields. Hard Skills: Proficiency in Excel (spreadsheets) and familiarity with ERP systems. Preferred: Prior experience in purchasing, supply chain, or warehouse operations within retail or construction sectors.
