Job Summary:
Support the implementation of programs and projects, conduct services, organize events, and contribute to the preparation of documents related to cooperative member relations.

**Main Responsibilities:**
* Support the implementation of programs, institutional projects, and daily operations within the Cooperative Member Relations department;
* Conduct internal and external services—both in-person and digital—ensuring communication quality, alignment, and accurate information recording;
* Support logistical organization of events, meetings, training sessions, and campaigns;
* Contribute to the preparation, updating, and review of official documents (minutes, reports, bylaws, policies, and manuals);
* Assist in sending communications to cooperative members and monitoring relationship-related activities;
* Support data collection and consolidation for tracking departmental performance indicators;
* Organize departmental schedules, tasks, and operational workflows.
* Suggest simple improvements to daily processes and routines
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Cooperativism, Project Management, Communication, Agronomy, or related fields is preferred;
* Prior experience in administrative, institutional, or relationship-oriented roles;
* Availability to participate in events and occasional travel;
* Clear and empathetic communication skills, organizational ability, proactivity, teamwork, discretion, and strong interpersonal skills.
