Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing general building maintenance repairs, including civil, electrical, plumbing, painting, and masonry work, ensuring the preservation and organization of facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Perform building maintenance across various areas (civil, electrical, plumbing). 2. Carry out painting, masonry, and finishing work. 3. Ensure the preservation and organization of the workplace. * Perform minor building maintenance repairs (civil, electrical, and plumbing) * Carry out painting, masonry, and finishing work * Replace light bulbs, outlets, and perform minor electrical adjustments * Repair doors, windows, locks, and furniture * Support the preservation of building facilities * Identify maintenance needs and report them to supervision * Use tools and equipment appropriately * Ensure workplace organization and cleanliness * Comply with safety regulations during task execution * Support general maintenance requests as needed Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Compensation: R$2.648,04 - R$2.700,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
