Monitoring market trends and store KPIs Job Description: Responsibilities and Duties * Provide fashion consulting services, including outfit recommendations; * Build customer loyalty among existing, new, and inactive customers using digital tools; * Achieve sales conversion, PA, TM, and other store KPIs; * Fulfill in-store VM requirements and ensure timely restocking while adhering to display guidelines; * Stay updated on market trends; * Monitor store KPIs and track progress toward quota attainment.
