Provide direct support to cashiers during customer service, resolving inquiries and incidents (e.g., returns, cancellations, price discrepancies). Control cash flow (cash, cards, checks) and perform cash withdrawals according to company procedures. Monitor activity in the cashier area to ensure security and compliance with internal procedures. Guide the team on customer service standards and conduct to achieve service excellence. Maintain organization, cleanliness, and proper functioning of the checkout area. Operate the cash register when necessary, serving as a role model for operational procedures. ### **Prerequisites** Completed High School (mandatory). Flexible availability (candidate may start as a relief or holiday worker). Prior verified experience as a Cashier Supervisor or in a leadership/supervisory role in front-store operations (preferably in supermarkets/retail). Strong verbal and written communication skills, proactivity, and collaborative mindset. Ability to resolve conflicts and make quick, accurate decisions. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS (Point-of-Sale) systems.
