Main Responsibilities: * Ensure teaching quality and promote continuous improvement of pedagogical and educational processes; * Supervise, guide, and support Pedagogical Supervision teams and teachers, strengthening educational practice; * Guarantee compliance with the school regulations, academic calendar, and current legal standards; * Conduct pedagogical meetings, class councils, and actions focused on comprehensive student follow-up; * Encourage innovative, inclusive pedagogical practices aligned with new educational demands; * Attend students and families, promoting a welcoming, participative, and cooperative school environment; * Represent the Unit before public agencies, private institutions, and strategic partners; * Plan and promote institutional events, graduations, and civic celebrations, strengthening ties with the school community; * Monitor the achievement of pedagogical and financial goals, ensuring efficiency and sustainability; * Manage enrollment processes, document issuance, and academic secretariat administrative routines; * Lead and develop the team, encouraging professional growth and a healthy organizational climate; * Participate in selection processes and monitor employee performance; * Prepare, monitor, and track the Unit's budget, focusing on results and resource optimization; * Manage cash flow, credit control, and collections according to institutional guidelines; * Manage the School Unit's operational results, monitoring performance indicators and OKRs, promoting strategic actions to achieve institutional goals; * Oversee the Unit's infrastructure, assets, and material resources, ensuring their full functionality. **Requirements and qualifications** **We are looking for someone with:** * Completed higher education; * Proven experience in leadership roles within educational institutions; * National Driver's License category B; * Availability for travel; * Leadership profile, strategic vision, excellent communication, interpersonal skills, organization, planning, and decision-making ability; * Skills in conflict management and negotiation. **You will stand out if you have:** * Degree preferably in Pedagogy; * Postgraduate degree in Education, School Management, or related fields; * Experience in educational management or educational leadership roles; * Knowledge of educational legislation, learning processes, institutional marketing, finance, and labor relations; * Proficiency in Office Suite and digital management tools. **Work location and schedule:** * Três Corações/MG (on-site); * Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with availability to work weekends. **Additional information** **What we offer our employees:** * CLT employment contract; * Market-competitive salary; * Transportation allowance; * Meal or food voucher; * Snack voucher; * Birthday day off; * Medical and dental insurance; * SESC membership; * Childcare assistance - according to internal benefits policy rules; * Private pension plan; * Group life insurance; * Funeral assistance; * Incentive scholarship (after 6 months of employment). * Tuition waiver for Senac courses (after 3 months of employment). **Additionally, we also offer some unique benefits:** * Work and exchange daily experiences with market-leading professionals; * Work in a friendly and collaborative environment. **Have you ever imagined transforming thousands of lives through your work?** At Senac in Minas, it's real!
