This role integrates generalist HR knowledge with deep business understanding to develop and implement HR solutions that drive company results, employee engagement, and leadership development. This position requires a proactive professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and build strong relationships across all organizational levels. **Requirements to Apply:** * Completed undergraduate degree. * Proficiency in Office and SharePoint. * Generalist HR experience. * Experience with HR models (BP, CoEs, CSC). * Proactivity and sense of urgency. * Ability to transform data into strategic information. * Confidence when presenting information and proposals to Managers and Directors. * Flexibility and adaptability to change. * Business focus and general knowledge of operations and functional areas. **Differentiating Skills** * English proficiency is considered a plus. **Responsibilities:** * Serve as the strategic HR contact point for business areas, building trusted partnerships. * Understand the strategies, challenges, and needs of supported areas to align HR practices with business objectives. * Provide managers with consulting on people management, including culture, leadership, engagement, change management, talent, performance, compensation, headcount movements, recognition, and R\&S. * Collaborate on adapting and implementing corporate programs and policies. * Facilitate implementation of the HR model and ensure adoption by supported areas. * Conduct exit interviews, analyze data, and identify retention opportunities. * Guide managers in delivering feedback, development plans, and disciplinary actions when necessary. * Support leadership development and talent management programs. * Monitor and analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism), identify trends, and propose improvements. * Transform HR data into strategic insights to support decision-making. * Promote organizational culture and company values, acting as an agent of change. * Manage conflicts and encourage a healthy, collaborative work environment. * Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures. **How to Apply:** * Attach an updated resume — include email address and phone number with area code (DDD). **Recruitment and Selection Team** **FedEx Brazil** FedEx is consistently ranked among the world’s most valuable and admired brands.
