Post-sales patient relationship management and follow-up **Position:** Closer / Commercial Professional for Dental Clinic **Location:** Santo Agostinho, Belo Horizonte A dental clinic is hiring a **Closer / Commercial Professional**, focused on sales, negotiations, and contract closing. **Main Responsibilities:** * Present solutions and lead commercial negotiations with a results-oriented approach * Close contracts to achieve targets and maximize conversion rates * Identify opportunities to improve commercial processes and customer service * Manage post\-sales patient relationships and follow-up **Requirements:** * CRM knowledge preferred * Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills * Post\-sales experience required **Compensation and Benefits:** * Fixed salary of R$ 2\.814,62 * Bonus of R$ 350.00 to R$ 500.00, based on exceeding target and mega target * Commission of 0.4% to 1% on sales * Average monthly commission between R$ 2\.000,00 and R$ 3\.000,00 * Medical and dental insurance * Transportation allowance or fuel assistance * Birthday day off * Psychological support **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. * Alternate Saturdays, two per month, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Compensation: R$2\.814,62 \- R$6\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Sales (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
