The candidate will undergo a robust internal training program focused on: * B2B consultative sales + Diagnosis of logistics and transportation operations + Development of structured commercial proposals + Negotiation focused on margin and operational feasibility + Disciplined use of CRM, scripts, sales funnel, and cadence * General commercial techniques training; Main Responsibilities: * Lead end-to-end B2B sales processes—from diagnosis to closing—for transportation, warehousing, and integrated solutions. * Engage with qualified leads (active prospecting) and conduct structured commercial meetings. * Conduct in-depth diagnosis of the client’s logistics operations, identifying volumes and recurrence. * Develop and present commercial proposals aligned with the company’s operational capacity and minimum margin requirements. * Negotiate with decision-makers, guiding the sales process in a consultative and professional manner. * Execute structured follow-up, maintaining pipeline control and closing predictability. * Record all interactions, proposals, and stages in the CRM with complete and reliable data. * Monitor sales KPIs: conversion rate, pipeline, margin, predictability, and closure. * Collaborate closely with operations and commercial leadership to ensure viable and sustainable sales. * Adhere to processes, scripts, commercial policies, and pricing guidelines, contributing to continuous funnel improvement.
