* Coordinate the day\-to\-day activities of Logistics Operations (sorting, weighing, billing, transportation, distribution, inventory management, warehousing and material handling), prioritizing synergy among departments. * Manage department performance indicators, controlling, monitoring and developing KPIs with a focus on continuous improvement; * Control and manage department costs, monitoring monthly expenses against budgeted/planned figures; * Develop and implement new projects while maintaining existing ones, in areas such as safety, productivity, cost reduction, among others; * Manage outsourcing contracts for services, materials and equipment, seeking service optimization and legal compliance within company guidelines; * Uphold company values; * Perform activities according to instructions and service priorities set by immediate supervisor, complying with company rules and procedures, as well as occupational safety requirements; * Perform other related tasks as necessary. People Management * Build a high\-performance team focused on results. * Coordinate and develop the logistics operations team, ensuring training, motivation and performance. * Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and apply good safety and organization practices (5S). * Foster a collaborative work environment aligned with company policies. Processes and Continuous Improvement * Identify opportunities for improvement in logistics processes and input management. * Propose and implement standardizations and automations (checklists, inspection routines, system controls, etc.). * Ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards. Relationships and Communication * Maintain constant interaction with procurement, production, maintenance and transportation departments. * Monitor supplier and carrier entries and exits, ensuring document compliance. * Support internal and external audits related to logistics and material control. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Previous experience as a Logistics Supervisor or in a similar role; * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration or related fields; * Knowledge of transportation systems; * Leadership and team management skills; * Experience in freight contracting and negotiation routines; \- Intermediate Excel skills \- Advanced level is a plus.
